Peer-to-peer support model
Developed as part of the ASPIRE4R project, this comprehensive document outlines an approach to fostering positive youth development through peer-to-peer support. Initially piloted in schools in Slovenia and Romania, the Peer-to-Peer Support Model was specifically designed to address the unique challenges faced by Roma students in vocational training (VET) programs.
